“ When I think of shopping groceries in NYC, I don't expect to find lots of fresh produce, lots of bakery items (including specialty cakes and pastries), fresh stone-oven baked pizza, a sandwich and salad deli with fresh/hot soups, all the beverage varieties I can find at a Costco... all under one roof! But across the street from where we stayed in Midtown, we discovered the Amish Market! It's so unassuming on the outside, so we didn't go in until our second day in town. It is a great place to take a hefty brunch or lunch, too, if you can get a seat at one of the few tables in the deli/salad section. I highly recommend the Amish Market! ”
“ My sister and I chose to spend my birthday here. What a great choice! We shared a few things- bacon egg n cheese.. best I've ever had.. an empanada.. I bought produce.. fresh thyme.. anise.. this is a definite Must check out!! ”
“ This is the spot by my workplace that I get my fresh fruit and lunch. I bring my co-workers here for their great $8 salad deal, fresh sushi, pizza station and deli. The place is very clean and the service is friendly and efficient. The ambiance is your basic fresh upscale grocery. It has such a huge selection of fine foods as well as fresh organic and conventional fruit. ”
“ Love this place, prices are high but nice selections and qualities. Picked up various cheeses and fruits. ”
“ This is a lovely market. They make a wonderful huge and well priced Omega sandwich with grilled salmon and greens. The staff are very friendly. A nice selection of products. ”
“ One of my favorite places to stop by to pick up ready to eat foods for a local picnic. The prices are fair and the portions are good. I love picking up sandwiches and taking a stroll over to Central Park. Their deli never disappoints, and they also have a great variety of snacks, tea, and beverages. ”
“ Love the staff and the food and how convenient and quick it is to get my salad bar food. I also tried their sandwiches and I was not disappointed! Very cute location and well kept nice and clean. ”
“ I love this store. It's local to my job and easy to grab some food. Every employee I've encountered had been helpful and friendly. It's very clean and bright with a lot of options. I haven't done much grocery shopping here so I can't speak to the prices but it's great for a quick bites. There's sushi, pizza, a deli, a salad bar and a coffee bar as well as some pre made and packaged items and a hot food bar. Generally, I stop in for a mid afternoon coffee as it is more affordable than other local spots. ”
“ Stumbled upon an Amish Market right in the heart of NYC! A treasure trove of variety, offering everything from fresh produce to homemade goodies. #HiddenGem #NYCFinds #ReviewAroundWorld ”
“ I came here to pick up some food from the buffet and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and there was a good variety of food. The food was also tasty. There were also a lot of items for sale here - if you need any groceries in Hell's Kitchen this is the place to go! ”
